Suarez Assistant
Track 01

Hire anywhere.
We run the seat.

A dedicated remote professional working your hours, on your systems, as part of your team. We handle sourcing, contracting, payment, cover and replacement.

How a seat gets filled

Step 01

Intake

A short call to define the role: daily work, tools, hours, reporting line, and what good looks like at ninety days.

Step 02

Source & screen

We search our bench and the open market, interview, and test for the specific skills the role needs.

Step 03

You choose

Three to five candidates with written notes. You interview, you decide. Typically seven to fourteen days from intake.

What a managed seat includes

Contracting and payment

We employ or contract the person and pay them in their own country. One invoice to you, in dollars.

Cover when they are out

Holiday, illness, anything unplanned. Arranging cover is our job, not something you have to chase.

Performance management

We stay in the seat after it is filled. If performance drifts, we address it before it becomes your problem.

Replacement

If someone leaves or is not right, we replace them. Coverage continues while we do.

Where our people are

We recruit most heavily across South America and the Philippines, and we can source worldwide when a role calls for it.

South America

Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela and neighbours. Within one to two hours of US business hours, and bilingual as standard.

The Philippines

Deep bench for administrative, support, finance and marketing roles. Covers your night, so work moves while you sleep.

Anywhere else

If the right person for your role is somewhere else entirely, we will go and find them there.

Tell us about the role.

We take on a limited number of searches at a time. Send us what you need and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
