Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Suarez Assistant website and any messages you receive from us. By using this site or opting in to our messaging programme, you agree to them. Staffing and placement services are governed by a separate written agreement between Suarez Assistant LLC and the client.

What this site is

This website describes our staffing and recruiting services and lists positions we are currently filling. Information on the site is provided for general purposes and does not constitute an offer of employment or a guarantee of any outcome.

SMS messaging programme

• Programme name. Suarez Assistant Customer Care.
• Service description. Suarez Assistant sends text messages about enquiries, applications, candidate shortlists, interview scheduling and placements in progress. These are customer care and account notification messages, not marketing broadcasts.
• Opting in. You opt in by providing your phone number and ticking the separate consent box on our contact form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry or application.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email elijah@suarezassistant.com.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Mobile opt-in data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Candidates

Applying for a role does not create an employment relationship with Suarez Assistant. Where we place you with a client company, your employment relationship is with that company unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that any licences or credentials you state are current and valid.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest content.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and materials on this site belong to Suarez Assistant LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suarez Assistant LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
