Who we are

Suarez Assistant LLC ("Suarez Assistant", "we", "us") is a staffing and recruiting company based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to elijah@suarezassistant.com.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. Name, company, email address, phone number and any details you include when you contact us or apply for a role.
• Candidate information. If you apply for a position, we collect the information in your application, including your résumé, work history and, where a role requires it, licence or credential details.
• Technical information. Basic information your browser sends, such as device type and pages visited, used only to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss a role with you.
• To match candidates to open positions and present them to hiring companies.
• To send service messages about an enquiry, application or placement already in progress.
• To meet our legal and contractual obligations.

SMS and mobile messaging

If you give us your phone number and tick the separate opt-in box on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from Suarez Assistant relating to your enquiry, application or placement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or service, and our forms can be submitted without opting in.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

How we share information

We share candidate information with the hiring company for a role you have applied to or agreed to be submitted for. We use service providers such as our applicant tracking system, email and messaging providers, who process information on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and candidate records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, unsubscribe from email at any time, and reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Write to elijah@suarezassistant.com.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
